Getting Started

Before Transend can perform any work, Customer must provide the following items:

Onboarding credentials

  • Source admin account credentials
  • Target admin account credentials
  • User List
  • DNS registrar admin account credentials

Follow the below steps to provide the requested Customer To-Do Items. If you need help, click here.

  1. Click the Files tab and download the following documents:
    a. Onboarding
    b. User List

  2. Update the Onboarding document with requested information and credentials.

  3. Populate the User List with end-user accounts to be migrated, following these directions.

  4. Upload both completed documents to Portal.

  5. What comes next? After all Onboarding credentials been validated, you will be notified to Schedule Cutover within this Portal.
