User List
Transend has provided a User List template in the Files tab.
The User List should be populated with each account you want Transend to migrate, as follows:
User List (admin authentication)
If you are able to create source/target admin accounts for Transend:
Column A: User Name
Column B: Source email address
Column C: Target email address
Example:
User List (user authentication)
If you are unable to create source or target admin accounts, user passwords are required:
Column A: User Name
Column B: Source email address
Column C: Source password
Column D: Target email address
Column E: Target password (if necessary)
Example:
Save the User List and upload it back into Portal.
