Once live in Microsoft 365, learn about features you don’t understand

After the transition (cutover), attend remote sessions dedicated to Q&A to answer any questions users have about the new platform. Users can submit questions in advance of training sessions, or ask them in real-time during the session. Training experts (via screen share) will answer questions while navigating the M365 UI for everyone to see.

Remote training workshops to administrators ensure internal IT is properly enabled to perform general network administration and assist users on an ongoing basis. Each 1-hour session includes 40-45 minutes of general overview curriculum and 15-20 minutes of Q&A. If the session is a designed Q&A session, the entire 1 hour is dedicated to Q&A.

All live sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreement time slot for both parties. Transend does perfrom training during non-US buiness hours to ensure customers around the globe are supported at a time that works best for its user base.
