Once live in Microsoft 365, receive guidance about features you don’t understand
After the transition (cutover), Transend can perform remote sessions dedicated to Q&A to answer any questions users have about the new platform. Users can submit questions in advance of training sessions, or ask them in real-time during the session. Transend engineers (while sharing their screen) will answer questions through navigation of the M365 UI during the remote session.
Ensure IT administrators are prepared to support all users
Transend provides remote training sessions to administrators to ensure internal IT is properly enabled to perform general network administration and assist end-users on an ongoing basis. Remote workshops will focus on Microsoft 365’s features and best practices and identify any risk areas that are likely to generate Help Desk inquires. Admin training is generally performed pre-transition to prepare admins to support Microsoft 365 upon transition.

Each 1-hour session includes 40-45 minutes of general overview curriculum and 15-20 minutes of Q&A. If the session is a designed Q&A session, the entire 1 hour is dedicated to Q&A.
All live sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreement time slot for both parties. Transend does perfrom training during non-US buiness hours to ensure customers around the globe are supported at a time that works best for its user base.
Absolutely! All live sessions are recorded and may be distributed to all users (for internal usage purposes). They can also be added to your Learning Portal.
