Add-on Services

Unless specifically defined as included in your Agreement’s Scope of Work, Add-on Services are out of scope but can be performed by Transend for additional fees.

If you require Add-on Services to be included in your Scope of Work, please send an email message to [email protected] and management will inform you of additional fees required, if necessary.

Add-on Services include but are not limited to:

• Custom migration methodology
• Custom Cutover requirements
• Migration of files in SharePoint or Google Shared Drives (if not already included in scope)
• Provisioning services (if Standard Project Type)
• Pilot testing
• Live Training (led by training expert)
• Extended Post-Migration Support term
• Consulting services
