Create a Project
A Project has one source platform and one target platform. You may add users and perform multiple migrations, with different configuration settings if necessary, within each defined Project.
To Create a Project, perform the following steps:

Select Project > New Project form the main menu

Input a project name in the Project name field

Select Source platform (messaging system you are migration FROM)

Select authentication credentials
- If you will use passwords for each user being migrated, select End-user credentials
- If you will use an administrator account to migrate end-user accounts (so you don’t need end-user passwords, select Admin credentials

Select Target platform (messaging system you are migration TO)

Select authentication credentials
- If you will use passwords for each user being migrated, select End-user credentials
- If you will use an administrator account to migrate end-user accounts (so you don’t need end-user passwords, select Admin credentials

Select Create Project
Note:
Once you Create a Project you will not be able to change the Source or Target platform. If you need to make a change to the Source or Target platform, you will need to create a New Project.
