Google Workspace Live Training

The following live instructor-led training sessions are End-User or Administrator focused. All sessions include the following:

  • Planning meeting to understand learning needs
  • 60-minute sessions
  • Session recordings to be distributed to Customer users and administrators for internal usage (can be added to customer’s Learning Portal upon request)
  • Session scheduling at mutually agreeable date/time

End-User Training Sessions

The following sessions provide fundamental knowledge across the core and most often used Google Workspace collaboration services. Together these sessions provide a cohesive learning experience that provide insight into new functionality and how the different Google Workspace services work together.

Gmail & Calendar

Learn about the core concepts and features of Google Workspace’s Email and Calendar services. Training will cover the basics of setting up a Google Workspace user account, navigating the interface, email signatures, and vacation responder (away notification). Users will learn how to schedule meetings in Google Calendar, set reminders, and collaborate with others. Topics include:

The Collaboration Experience

Walk through the “journey of a document”, how to create and share files with others and how to collaborate within a file, ensuring a more efficient workflow experience. File sharing will support a collaborative experience in real-time, even watching your coworkers as they type. File storage best practices will guide users how to move files from a User (My) Drive to a Shared Drive for other coworkers to access, edit and share.

Administrator Training Sessions

Remote training workshops to administrators ensure internal IT is properly enabled to perform general network administration and assist users on an ongoing basis. Focused on features, best practices and risk areas that are likely to generate Help Desk inquires. Admin training is generally performed pre-transition to prepare admins to support Google Workspace upon transition.

Curriculum provides base skills required to perform general administrative tasks in Google Workspace.
