Graphical Format Considerations

The eDiscovery license of Transend Migration Console supports converting data to the following graphical formats required for eDiscovery:

  • JPEG
  • TIFF
  • PDF (Graphic and Text)
  • BMP Image Files

Output file names

By default, the output file name will be the subject of the source email. To alter the default behavior, use option (/D75) in the Custom Options field on the Advanced Options screen.

Without a defined parameter, the default is: /D75 DNS

Optional parameters are:

  • D = Date
  • N = Sender name
  • T = Time
  • S = Subject

To change the output file name to a unique numerical value, use /D86 in the Custom Options field.
