Rackspace Considerations
Rackspace provides both Exchange and IMAP email accounts. Depending on whichtype of accounts you have, it may be required that you include user passwords inyour migration configuration.
Rackspace Exchange
When migrating from Rackspace Exchange, it is recommended you create a supportticket with Rackspace requesting they configure the Impersonation role onyour admin account. This will allow your admin account, with the Impersonationrole applied, to authenticate all user accounts without including user passwordsin your migration configuration.
Rackspace IMAP
When migrating Rackspace IMAP accounts, you will need to include user passwordsin your migration configuration, as Rackspace does not support adminauthentication with IMAP accounts.
